    enquiries without the much-need to re-direct the enquirer
  • Providing value for money for bouth products and services
  • Identifying product and service requirements to increase customer satisfaction
    For example, website updates, telephone system updates internet tracking systems for delivery
  • Honouring all statutory obligations.
  • Improving all our systems and processes to meet our changing customer's demands and needs and to adapt to supplier's requirements.
